Super Sundays
I just pulled off 20.1km in 2:02:13. A 6:00 km/minute pace. Not bad but i need to run a 5:45 km/minute pace to run under 2 hours. I think it is possible as there are no hills, cars or traffic lights next Sunday in Regina.
So speaking of Sundays, tommorow is the first of three big ones in a row. Labour Day Football Game tomorrow, QCM IV run next sunday, and White City Duathalon following Sunday.
Hmmm I guess this means I need to behave the next two saturday nights. I think 10 months of training can make that possible.
Life in the fast lane is great but not if you hurry up and wait.
