it's not always rainbows and butterflies
If you know that song then kudo's to you. Peace and comfort has entered the playing field and looking forward to sunday's football game. Lately work is heating up but so is my training. I'm getting excited for next Sunday's race too. I read in Time magazine that I will live to be 92. Why? because my heathly lifestyle...no...more due to my healthy attitude!
