Brother Down 

I am learning to appreciate Sam Roberts more and more each day. Yesterday was a day that felt like "I think my life is passing me by." My head was maybe a little to free. So I have been driving everywhere recently. Regina, Saskatoon, Swift Current and Weyburn. Like I said on the road again. Maybe I need a day to waste?

Well I'm off to run...as in a super long 30km run. I will see how I feel and let the beat control my body. Wish me luck.
