Excess?
Ok someone help me....I'm addicted to exercise
today I went for a 7 km run
not enough so I went for a 5 km bike ride to the pool and swam 500 m then biked home.
can't wait until ball starts on Friday. Maybe I should find someone to go to the movies with. Nay...I'll just keep running.
